What you see
The CASH inflows and outflows by month, split by activity (operating, investing, financing), and the balance evolving over time. CASH basis: uses the SETTLEMENT DATE (when the money actually came in/went out), not the accrual period.

How much cash came in and went out, month by month.
Impact
It feeds the Cash Alerts (short runway, below the minimum) and predictive Tenkai (simulations). It complements the DRE: profit is accrual, this is money in the bank.
How to
Filtrar o grupo por unidade, no seletor do topo
In the company selector at the top of the screen there's the group tree: "All" selects every company you have access to, and clicking a unit selects all the companies in that branch at once. The number next to each unit only counts the companies enabled for your user — and the choice made there is already applied on this screen. Important: "all companies" always means the companies you have access to, never the whole group; if a total looks smaller than expected, check with the administrator which companies are enabled for you.
Passo a passo: enxergar o caixa dos próximos dias
- Go to Finance ▸ Cash Flow. The flow shows inflows and outflows on the date the money moves — unlike the income statement, which looks at the accrual period.
- Look at the projected balance. It's the line that answers "are we going to run short of money?". Red appears on the day the projection turns negative, with enough lead time to act beforehand.
- Tackle the cause. Click the day to see which bills make up that balance; bringing a receipt forward or postponing a payment is decided by looking at both sides.

Rules
Saldo inicial (real e cenário)
The window's opening balance comes pre-filled with the REAL CASH (received − paid, only settled items) up to the day before the 1st month. You can type another value to simulate a scenario and click "use real balance" to go back to the system's number.
Runway, burn e caixa mínimo
Runway = how many months the cash lasts at the current pace (∞ = you're generating cash). Burn = average cash consumption per month (positive = burning cash). Suggested minimum cash = the largest outflow month in the last 12 months (safety cushion). Financial cycle = DSO, days sales outstanding (collection period) − DPO, days payable outstanding (payment period).
Cores (semáforo)
Green = healthy, yellow = caution, red = risk. In the KPIs and in the matrix (inflows in green, outflows in red) for quick reading.
Cash basis (payment date)
Only what has been SETTLED goes in. Open items (not settled) don't appear in the DFC actuals — they're in "receivable/payable". If a month is empty, it's because there were no settlements in it.
A faixa "estes números podem estar incompletos"
When the company imports data from an ERP, this screen shows a discreet banner if there's a document waiting to be linked to a record, a bill not yet classified or a sync in progress. It exists so that a partial number never presents itself as complete. A banner in a neutral tone just means "the import is running" — a normal state during implementation; in a warning tone, it means there's a document missing or on the wrong line, and the link takes you to the integration screen, where the fixing actions are. When there's no caveat at all, the banner doesn't appear.
Frequently asked questions
Por que o fôlego de caixa aparece como "—" e não como 0 meses?
Because there's nothing to measure. Runway answers "how many months will cash last at the current burn rate" — and, with no recorded burn, that calculation doesn't exist. The system used to show "0 months" and fire a critical low-cash alert on a newly created account, which is a false alarm: zero measured from nothing isn't zero, it's absence. Once there are entries and the company is burning cash, the number appears — and then the alert is real.
A matriz está toda em R$ 0,00 — o sistema está com defeito?
No: it's the report's structure, waiting for the first entry. The cash flow is built from your entries — each settled receipt and payment becomes a line. That's why the screen shows, above the indicators, the two ways to get started: import the statement (OFX) or the spreadsheet, or enter the first transaction. The "negative!" stamp on a R$ 0.00 balance is also gone — zero isn't negative.
