What it's for
Every process that only exists in someone's head is a risk (vacations, departure, growth). Document it here once, and the answer becomes just one question away — even for someone who started yesterday.

How to

Standard list and form
The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.

Rules

Tenka answers from the wiki
Ask "how do we do client onboarding?" in Ask Tenka: it searches PUBLISHED pages and answers citing the source page. Drafts don't enter the search.
Versions: nothing is lost
Every save generates a new version with author and date. You can load the text of any older version into the editor and save it as the current version (full trail preserved).
Write for someone who DOESN'T know
A good page is one a new employee can execute alone: start with the SOP model (objective, when to use it, owner, step by step, common mistakes) and avoid internal acronyms without explanation.

Frequently asked questions

What to document first
The process you most often REPEAT explaining (onboarding, month-end closing, deploy, urgent support) and the one only ONE person knows how to do. One per week already changes the game in 3 months.
