Company culture
The honest portrait of how the company actually works — derived from an anonymous 16-statement diagnostic, on the four-cultures model (Control, Competence, Collaboration and Cultivation).

What it's for
Culture is not the poster on the wall: it's what people do when nobody is watching. The diagnostic measures the four cultures of Schneider's model and shows which one dominates — because every change (agile, OKR, new process) runs into the culture that already exists, and ignoring it is the classic cause of transformations that don't stick.
Rules
The four cultures
CONTROL: the company runs on process, hierarchy and predictability. COMPETENCE: it runs on technical excellence and meritocracy. COLLABORATION: it runs on people working together and shared decision-making. CULTIVATION: it runs on purpose and people development. None is "the right one" — each executes one type of strategy well and hinders another.
The coherence alert
If your Business Plan has a declared positioning, the screen cross-references the culture the strategy REQUIRES with the culture the diagnostic SHOWED. Operational excellence calls for Control; product leadership calls for Competence; customer intimacy calls for Collaboration; disruption calls for Cultivation. When they diverge, the screen warns you — that friction is usually where execution gets stuck.
Anonymity is non-negotiable
The diagnostic uses the same anonymous engine as Climate & Pulse: the response does NOT record who answered or the IP, and results only appear with 3 or more respondents. Without this guarantee, people answer what the boss wants to read — and the picture becomes fiction.
The three lenses of the same assessment
The same anonymous collection answers three different questions: what is the dominant culture, what evolutionary stage the organization is at, and how much it behaves like a machine or like an organism. Nine more statements in the questionnaire, no new survey for the team to answer.
Evolutionary stage is not a ruler of better and worse
Each stage solves one problem and creates the next: red decides fast but stalls without the strong person; amber gives predictability and stiffens; orange delivers performance and wears out; green engages and takes time to reach consensus; teal adapts and demands a maturity that few companies sustain. The reading serves to explain why a practice that worked in another company does not catch on here — it was born at a different stage.
Frequently asked questions
It turned out different from what I expected — now what?
Great: the diagnostic worked. The goal isn't to force "fix" the culture, but to decide consciously: either the strategy adapts to the culture that exists, or cultural change becomes an explicit project, with a horizon of years — never a memo.
My diagnosis does not show the new lenses
Diagnoses created before this version do not have the nine statements that feed the two lenses. It is not possible to infer stage from questions that no one answered — create a new diagnosis to have all three lenses in the same collection.
