Ideal é quem deixa margem, não quem compra mais
The portrait isn't made of the customers who bill the most but of those who LEAVE the most: contract margin over the last 12 months, recurrence and payment punctuality. Each customer gets an index; the top quartile is the "ideal". From these customers' CNPJ, Tenka extracts sector (CNAE division), state and size, and builds the weights you see in the three panels. That's why the result sometimes surprises: the big customer who pays late doesn't make it in.

How to

The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.

Rules

O que a aderência de um lead significa
A number from 0 to 100 that says how much the lead resembles the ideal customers: 55% of the weight comes from the sector, 25% from the state and 20% from the size. It does NOT say the lead will close — it says that, if it closes, it tends to be a customer worth having. Use it to sort the queue of who to go after first, not to discard: a lead at 20% may be a new sector that isn't in the portrait yet.
Recalcular e Pontuar são duas ações, de propósito
Recalculate rereads the customers and redoes the portrait — do it when the portfolio has changed (end of quarter, new vertical). Score applies the current portrait to the leads and records the fit in the leads list. "Query the network" turns on the CNPJ lookup for leads that don't have a profile yet (up to 60 at a time, so as not to exceed the public API's limit); turned off, it only uses what's already in the cache.
Sem CNPJ no lead, sem aderência
The fit is born from the lead's CNPJ. A lead registered with only name and phone has an empty fit — it's not zero, it's "don't know". When you fill in the CNPJ and score again, it enters the ranking.

Frequently asked questions

It says "fewer than 3 customers with data". Now what?
The portrait needs at least 3 customers with a CNPJ and with a contract or invoice in the last 12 months. Check that the customers have the CNPJ filled in — without a CNPJ there's no sector or size to learn from. Meanwhile, prospecting keeps working through manual filters; only the fit stays empty.
