What this screen is for
It shows what the store owes customers: credits (exchange and gift card) with balance, expiry and status, and each customer's cashback or points balance. Gift cards are sold at the POS and used there as Store credit; rewards are used at the POS with the Rewards payment method.

Rules

A gift card is not revenue when sold
Selling the card posts the amount to Gift cards to redeem (an obligation, outside the income statement), with no goods invoice. Revenue is recognized on redemption (the POS sale of the goods, with invoice) or on expiry: an expired card with balance becomes Revenue from expired gift cards, every night or with the Expire overdue cards button. Cancelling returns the balance to the customer, reversed in finance.
Rewards program
Turn it on in Settings ▸ Parameters (BENEFICIO.ATIVO) and choose the mode: cashback (% of the sale) or points (points per currency unit, each point worth BENEFICIO.VALOR_PONTO), the validity and the minimum to redeem. Credit is born only from a paid sale with a customer; exchanges and returns reverse it in proportion to what came back; expired credit lapses. At the POS, with the customer chosen, pay with Rewards: above the balance or below the minimum it is refused, stating the number.
The program that ran in the ERP
If the company already had a points or cashback program calculated in the ERP, it starts running here without the customer losing balance: in Integrations ▸ Orders sent to the ERP ▸ ERP rewards program, check each customer’s balance in the ERP view against Tenka and run the initial load (once per customer). After that the rules are those in Parameters ▸ Rewards (mode, points per real, point value, validity) and the customer follows it in My rewards, on the portal.

Frequently asked questions
