What it is for
Every till sale lives here — from the store POS and from the phone till — for all the stores you can access. Use it to check a number: the total at the bottom of the list is the sum of the sales on screen.

How to find a till sale
1. Type the sale number or the customer name in the search, or use the list filters. 2. Open the sale to see the items, payments and the till it went into. 3. To take the whole list, use the Excel, PDF or CSV export at the top of the list. 4. Exchanges are not done here: use "Exchange with voucher" at the till.
Rules
Arriving from a number
When you tap "sold today" on the Today screen or a store's sales of the day in My stores, the list opens already filtered: today, only sales that were not cancelled and, if you came from a store, only that store. The filters show at the top; remove one to see more.
Sales with stock to deduct
A sale never fails because of stock: it is saved and paid, and the item leaves stock afterwards. If that fails, the sale appears in the "Sales with stock to deduct" card at the top of this list and in the daily queue of whoever sees till sales. Fix the cause shown on the line (for example, reopen the stock month or activate the item variant) and tap "Deduct stock now". Only what was missing leaves stock; what already left does not leave again. Whoever has the permission to edit in the POS can deduct. The "Stock to deduct" filter shows only these sales.
Frequently asked questions
Can I fix a sale here?
No. The list only shows: cancelling or exchanging a sale stays at the till, with the reason and who approved it. Sales orders are in the orders list.
