Strategic plans

The company's planning cycles (e.g., 2026–2029): vision, period, and status. It's the root of the module — pillars, objectives, indicators, and ceremonies (AGM) belong to a plan, and only 1 plan is CURRENT per company.

Start here

What you do here
Create and maintain the company's strategic cycles: name (e.g., Plan 2026–2029), vision (where the company wants to get to) and period. The plan is born as a Draft; when published it becomes Current and starts feeding the strategic map, the indicator lights and the AGMs.

How to

Good practices
Start with the plan with the vision written down, validate the pillars and objectives in the Strategic Map and only then publish. A good cycle has few objectives per pillar (2–4) and every objective has an owner and at least 1 indicator.

Rules

One in force per company
Only 1 CURRENT plan per company can exist. Publishing a new plan requires archiving (or replacing) the current one — the history of the previous cycle is preserved.
BSC pillars are born with the plan
When creating a plan, the system seeds the 4 BSC perspectives as pillars: Financial, Market & Customer, Processes & Technology and People. You can rename, recolor or add custom pillars.
Reestruturação profunda = novo ciclo
Punctual adjustments (renaming an objective, changing a target) are made in the plan itself and are audited. But to change pillars or redesign the map, archive the plan and open a new cycle — the previous plan keeps its complete history (series, FCAs and minutes) intact.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access this screen
Administrator and Manager profiles (the Strategy module is closed by default — vision, target and margin data are sensitive). The administrator can grant access to other profiles on the Profiles/Access screen.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
