Emergent Strategy

Mintzberg: beyond the planned strategy, there's the one that EMERGES from real requests. This screen shows what customers are demanding, where leads come from, and why deals are lost — last 90 days.

What it's for
The plan says where you WANT to go; demand shows where the market is PULLING you. A strong pattern here that isn't in the plan is an opportunity (or a deviation) to bring to the AGM.

Rules

The 4 panels
Demands by TYPE (what they ask for), by CLIENT (who asks — concentration is a risk), leads by SOURCE (where the interest comes from) and losses by REASON (the objection to respond to). Everything aggregated from real data, top 8 of each.
The AI's assessment
The analysis button reads ONLY the screen's aggregates and points out patterns + SUGGESTED moves — labeled as suggestions, to be validated in the strategy ritual. The AI doesn't decide; it prepares the conversation.
Bad data = bad reading
Losses without a marked reason and leads without a source turn into "(no …)" — if those slices dominate, fix the recording discipline before drawing any conclusions.

Frequently asked questions

How the cycle closes
A confirmed pattern becomes DELIBERATE strategy: update the plan (wizard), create the goal (Strategy) or the campaign (Growth Studio). Emergent → deliberate is Mintzberg's full loop.
