What it's for
Automatically gathers the month's results (revenue, EBITDA, net result), the health score and the CFO letter into a navigable deck and a PDF — without building it slide by slide.
How to
Export
The "Download PDF" button generates the deck to send/present. The same engine powers the Product Lab pitch and the QBR (future).
What goes on each slide
The deck assembles, in order: cover with period and company; the month's result (net revenue, EBITDA with margin and result, colored by profit/loss); business health (score 0–10 with class); traffic light of strategic goals (on target, in attention, off target and not assessed, with the list of those needing attention); open FCAs — the accountability for deviations; SPICE stakeholders when there are assessed indicators; and the CFO letter. Sections with no data in the month do not appear — the deck never invents a number.
Rules
Where the numbers come from
Result: from the month's management DRE. Health: from the period's health score. Letter: the latest published CFO letter. Choose the month using the arrows (the default is the previous month, usually closed).
Sem "Ver Valores", o deck não abre
The entire deck is financial — net revenue, EBITDA, the month's result — so it obeys the profile's "View Values" governance: anyone without that permission sees the access notice instead of the slides. There is no point looking for a "no numbers" mode: the permission is evaluated before the deck is assembled. If someone on the team needs to present the AGM, the way is for the administrator to grant "View Values" to that person's profile — or for the PDF to be exported by someone who already has the permission.
Frequently asked questions
The letter doesn't show up
The CFO Letter section displays the text published for the selected period. If "no letter published yet" appears, it's not an error: that month's letter simply hasn't been generated or published. Check whether you're on the right period — the arrows next to the month, at the top, change the entire deck, including the letter, because each slide is calculated per period. Once the month's letter is published, it starts appearing here and in the exported PDF.
