AGM (management ceremonies)

The heart of the module: the Monthly Management Review arrives with the agenda READY (status light, pending FCAs, delayed actions, and decisions from the previous meeting). Record the minutes, turn decisions into tickets, and close — the next one is already scheduled.

Start here

What you do here
Conduct the plan's rites: the AGM (monthly) and the AGQ (quarterly, every 3 months, with an extra section for plan gates). When you open the rite, the agenda is generated automatically: the period's traffic light, pending FCAs, overdue actions (by the tickets' real status) and the decisions from the previous meeting. Strategy without a rite dies — the AGM is the antidote.

How to

Best practices
A short, well-paced meeting: open with the traffic light (only discuss yellows/reds), cover overdue actions, decide, record and close. The strategic map and the cockpit give depth when the discussion needs data.
Summarize the minutes with Tenkai before closing
With the AGM scheduled, write the minutes freely and use "Summarize with Tenkai": it rewrites the text as an executive summary — decisions, owners and open items — and returns it for you to review before holding the ritual. If Tenkai fails, the original text is kept, nothing is lost. The summary does not close anything on its own: closing is still the "Hold AGM" button, and only from then on do the minutes and agenda freeze as an immutable record of the cycle.

Rules

Immutable minutes
Record attendance and the minutes (with an optional AI summary). Once the AGM is marked as Completed, the minutes become immutable — a faithful record of what was decided, like a minutes book. Additions go into the next meeting.
Decisions become tasks
Each decision/action from the AGM becomes a ticket with an owner and a deadline, tracked on the operations kanban. At the next AGM, the agenda automatically follows up on whatever fell behind — without depending on anyone remembering.
Closing schedules the next one
When the rite is closed, the system schedules next month's AGM (and the AGQ at the turn of the quarter). Reminders for a scheduled AGM and for an FCA open for more than 15 days arrive through the notifications.
Compromissos de cenário entram na pauta
When there is an approved scenario in the Simulation, the commitments made in it appear as their own section of the generated agenda — because a promise that is not followed up in the meeting is not a promise, it is an intention. The section only appears when there is an approved scenario with commitments; without that, the agenda continues with the overall traffic light, off-target indicators, open FCAs, overdue actions and the minutes of the previous ritual for follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access this screen
Access comes from the profile, as in every Tenka screen: whoever has "view" opens and reads the agenda; scheduling, holding the meeting and writing the minutes require the profile's action verbs. The agenda uses the indicators from the current strategic plan — without a plan, the screen shows the empty state with a shortcut to create one. Financial amounts cited in the agenda obey the "View Amounts" permission of whoever is looking.
