Where to start
Start by describing what business you're in (the problem you solve and for whom). With that, the AI generates a draft of mission, vision, values and purpose.

The button generates a starting point — always review and adjust it to your liking before saving. Nothing is published; it's your internal document.
Missão, visão, valores e propósito: a diferença que importa
Each field answers a distinct question, and the hints next to the labels say which: mission is why we exist today; vision is where we want to get; values are the non-negotiable principles; purpose is the impact sought beyond profit. "What business are we in" comes before all of them — it delimits the playing field and avoids a generic mission that would suit any company. Short, verifiable sentences are worth more than beautiful paragraphs: the text here reappears in the following stages of the plan.

Each field
Mission = why we exist today. Vision = where we want to get to. Values = non-negotiable principles. Purpose = the impact beyond profit.
O rascunho do Tenkai é ponto de partida, não resposta
The "Generate draft with Tenkai" button fills in mission, vision, values and purpose from the business described — so it is worth writing "What business are we in" carefully first: it is the input for the draft. The generated text is not saved on its own: review it, adjust it to your company's vocabulary and click Save. If generation fails, the screen shows a warning and keeps what you had typed — nothing is overwritten without you seeing it.
Frequently asked questions
Where it fits in
Identity is the starting point of the Guided Business Plan — business, mission, vision, values and purpose are the first step of the trail, and the "What business are we in" field guides the draft that Tenkai generates. Filling this in first improves everything that comes after: positioning, personas and the final statement come out more precise when the business definition is written, because the following steps receive that output as input.
