The cockpit in tabs
The indicator’s numbers stay on top; below, the tabs: Series and calculation (chart, series and how the value was reached), Calculation run (recalculate or post the actual), FCA and actions (a new action opens in a dialog) and Tenkai analyses. The header arrows move to the next indicator.
Rules
Memória de cálculo
Each collection of a native indicator records the proof of the value: formula, period, numerator/denominator and real components (e.g., invoiced with the invoices, cost with hours × hourly cost). It's the answer to "how did it arrive at this number" in 1 click — and the context the copilot uses for analysis.
FCA: fato, causa, ação
When the light turns red in the official calculation, the system opens an FCA as a draft (1 per indicator/period). The "Suggest FCA with AI" button asks the copilot for the Fact, the Cause and the Actions based on the deviation AND the operational data behind it (consumes normal AI credits). You edit and accept it.
Ação vira demanda
Each accepted FCA action becomes a ticket (type "Strategic action") with an owner, deadline and SLA — tracked on the same operations kanban. The action's status IS the ticket's status: the plan doesn't live on a slide, it lives where the work happens.
Reapuração não apaga lançamento manual
Recalculate only overwrites values with automatic origin; an actual value entered manually is never overwritten by the job. Every collection stays in the log (append-only), with duration and calculation version.
Análises do copiloto
In the monthly official calculation, the copilot records a narrative analysis of the indicator (1 per month, predictable cost); in the preview, the analysis is on demand via the button. The history of analyses tells the indicator's story — ready for the AGM agenda.

Administrator and Manager, reached via the strategic map (the screen does not appear in the menu). Indicators in R$ respect the "view amounts" governance.
