What this screen is for
Three tabs. Live grid shows, for each style, how much of each size and color you have and prints labels. Reservation and picking promises stock to orders and says what to pick today. Store replenishment says what to send from the warehouse to the store.

Rules

Live grid
In each cell: available highlighted (balance − reserved), balance, reserved for orders not yet invoiced, shipped or canceled, and what is in sewing in open bundles. In production and at contractors show per style, because orders and shipments do not keep size and color.
EAN labels and ZPL
Generate EAN gives a barcode to each variant that has none: with the company GS1 prefix (parameter ETIQUETA.PREFIXO_GS1) or, without it, the internal range 2, which scanners read and never leaves the store. An EAN once given never changes. Enter copies per cell and download the PDF (any printer) or ZPL (Zebra). The price is the retail list price, the same the POS charges.
Reservation and picking
Reserving a confirmed order promises the available stock to it and the order becomes Reserved; what does not fit shows as a shortage, with the quantity. The reservation releases itself when the order is invoiced, shipped or canceled. Suggested picking lists lines by promised date, with warehouse and the oldest lot to take; Create shipment opens the existing shipment.
Store replenishment
Each rule sets the store minimum and maximum for an item and where it comes from. Below the minimum, the suggestion refills to the maximum, limited to what the source has free. Replenish all really transfers. Rules from turnover proposes a minimum of 7 and maximum of 21 days of store sales. With REPOSICAO.AUTOMATICA = S, the system replenishes by itself every night.
Can I deliver by day X?
Pick the date in "Can I deliver by": each cell shows today’s available plus what open production orders deliver of that variant by the date. Below, per style, what comes from orders without a size grid and what returns from subcontractors in the period. Orders or subcontract work already late do not count — that is uncertainty, not stock.
Who gets it when stock is short
The Conflicts tab lists variants with more confirmed orders than stock and shows, by the house rule, how much each order gets and how much is short. The rule is in Parameters ▸ Stock (Who gets it when stock is short): nearest delivery date, key customer first (the priority in the customer record), highest value or first come. "Reserve in rule order" reserves the confirmed orders in that order.

Frequently asked questions

I need to move an order ahead
In Conflicts, tap "Move ahead" on the order that must get the goods, choose which order gives up its reservation and write the reason. The swap happens in a single transaction: one loses the reservation, the other reserves with what was freed, and the reason is written on both orders.
What is the counter label?
It is the label for wholesale buyers who resell: besides your price, it shows the suggested resale price (your price plus the house margin you set in Parameters, Labels) and a QR with the item code the phone checkout reads with the camera.
