Start here

What you do here
Maintain the plan's BSC perspectives (Balanced Scorecard): name, type, color (the band on the map) and order. The 4 classic perspectives are seeded when the plan is created; use the Custom type for your own perspectives (e.g., ESG, Innovation).

How to

Recorte por URL e rastro do número
Being an engine list, the screen accepts ?q=text (free search), ?fd_= (filter by the dictionary field — e.g.: fd_tipo or fd_status) and ?excluidas=1 (trash). Links coming from totals on other screens use exactly this mechanism to open the list already narrowed to the set that formed the number — the filter arrives applied, with no manual step, and the search at the top keeps working on top of it.

Rules

Pilar nunca é apagado
A pillar is not deleted: it is closed (Closed status + date). Closing preserves the indicators' historical series and the FCAs that were born under it — the plan's past stays true.
Alterações auditadas
Renaming or reordering a pillar is logged field by field in the audit trail and consolidated in the period's plan review — the AGQ sees what changed in the cycle.
Export completo e preferências por usuário
The list exports Excel, PDF and CSV of the entire set, respecting active search and filters. Visible columns, order and saved views are per-user preferences — each person builds the reading they need (by type, by status, by plan) without affecting colleagues. The four classic pillar types (Financial, Market & Customer, Processes & Technology, People) follow the BSC perspectives — the Type column states each one's perspective.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access this screen
Access comes from the profile: "view" opens the list; creating, editing and closing pillars require the action verbs. A pillar is never truly deleted — closing it preserves the history (the "Closed at" column), and ?excluidas=1 opens the list's trash. Since the pillar supports the plan's objectives and indicators, changing it is a decision for whoever administers the strategic plan, not day-to-day operation.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
