Strategic objectives

Desired outcomes within each pillar, with a single owner and order on the map. The objective is the strategic map's card: its aggregated status light comes from the indicators that measure it (the worst indicator dictates it).

What you find on this screen

A portrait of the screen, read from the screen itself — it changes when the screen changes.

Form fields

Cód.Código sequencial por empresa, gerado automaticamente no primeiro salvamento. Somente leitura.
Pilar*Pilar (perspectiva BSC) ao qual o objetivo pertence.

DescriçãoContexto do objetivo: por que ele importa neste ciclo.
DonoResponsável pelo objetivo (dono único).
OrdemOrdem do card dentro da faixa do pilar no mapa.

Start here

What you do here
Register the cycle's desired outcomes (e.g., "Increase average margin to 35%"), each within a pillar, with an owner (sole responsible person) and a description of the why. The objective becomes a card on the pillar's band in the strategic map.

How to

Good practices
Write the objective as an outcome, not as a task ("Reduce churn to 2%" instead of "Improve retention"). Every objective needs an owner — an objective without an owner is not tracked in the AGM.
Busca e filtro direto pela URL
Because it is an engine list, this screen accepts filtering by URL: ?q=text does a free search, ?fd_= filters by a dictionary field (e.g. fd_status or fd_pilarEstrategico, matching relations by label), and ?excluidas=1 opens the trash. It is the "number trail" mechanism: a total clicked on another screen opens this list already filtered to the same set that formed the number — if the link came with a parameter, the filter arrives already applied.

Rules

Aggregate traffic light: the worst indicator rules
The objective's light on the map is the worst light among its indicators in the period: just 1 red indicator is enough to turn the card red. Without indicators, the objective has no light — register at least 1.
Objetivo nunca é apagado
An objective that is no longer a focus is closed (Closed status + date), never deleted — the indicators' series and the FCAs linked to it remain in the cycle's history.
Export do conjunto inteiro e visões salvas
The engine list exports Excel, PDF and CSV of the ENTIRE set (not just the visible page), respecting the active search and filters. Displayed columns and order are per-user preferences, and filter combinations you always use can be saved as saved views, also per user. Monetary values masked by the "View Values" governance are also masked in the export — the file obeys the same permission as the screen.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access this screen
Access follows the profile: "view" opens the list; include, edit and delete appear only for those who have the corresponding verbs. A strategic objective is never truly deleted — closing preserves the history (the "Closed at" column records when), and the list's trash (?excluidas=1) shows what was logically deleted. Since the objective supports the plan's indicators, changing it is a decision for whoever administers the strategic plan.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
