Quarter OKRs
The strategic plan you already have, read through the OKR lens: goals become Objectives, competency-based targets become Key Results with calculated progress, and the team does a biweekly confidence check-in.

What it's for
OKR is not a new system to feed — it's a quarterly focus rhythm on what already exists. This screen does NOT create goals: it groups the objectives and indicators of your current plan in the chosen quarter and calculates the KRs' progress from the targets and actuals the operation already records.
Rules
How progress is calculated
For each indicator, the month's progress is actual ÷ target (inverted when "lower is better"), and the KR's progress is the average of the quarter's months that have both target AND actual figures. The Objective's progress is the average of its KRs with data. A month without data doesn't enter the calculation — the screen says "no data" instead of pretending zero.
The biweekly check-in
Every two weeks the team records in free text what moved forward and what's stuck, and gives a CONFIDENCE score from 1 to 10 on the quarter's delivery. A falling confidence series is the cheapest alert there is: it shows up weeks before the indicator turns red. The AI button summarizes the check-in without inventing anything that isn't written.
Confidence is not progress
Progress measures what has ALREADY happened (actual × target); confidence measures what the team THINKS will happen. A KR with 40% progress and confidence 8 is healthy in the middle of the quarter; one with 70% and confidence 3 has something the number hasn't shown yet. Always read both together.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to abandon BSC to use OKR?
No — it's the same information with a different rhythm. The strategy map remains home to the long-cycle pillars and objectives; this screen slices out the quarter to give execution cadence. If an objective has no indicator with a target in the quarter, it shows up without KRs — the invitation is to go to the Strategy module and create the target, not to type a number here.
