How it works
The trail chains together the plan's tools — identity, SWOT, 5 Forces, positioning, personas, Ansoff and goals — in an order where each step genuinely feeds the next: what the previous one delivered to you appears written into the following step, with the real number from your records. The bar at the top shows progress (completed steps out of the total) and the blue card points to the next step along with the input it receives.
Para que esta tela existe
The trail that chains identity, SWOT, 5 Forces, positioning, personas, Ansoff and goals — showing what is already done. — this is the role of the "Guided Business Plan" screen within the platform.

How to

Os três estados de uma etapa
Each step is in one of three states, visible in the number and the badge: completed (green check — the tool has content), available (highlighted number — ready to start) and waiting (gray, card with a dashed border — the previous one hasn't delivered the input yet). The button on the right changes with the state: "Start" when empty, "Review" when completed — and reviewing is always allowed, without undoing what has already been done.

Rules

Chaining
Each step card declares two lines: "Receives" — the input that comes from the previous step (the posture calculated by the SWOT, the intensity from the 5 Forces, the positioning statement) — and "Delivers" — what this step produces for the next one. This is what prevents a standalone matrix: the output of one tool becomes the named input of the next, and you can see the thread of the trail before starting each step.
O próximo passo é sugerido, com o insumo dito
The blue card at the top points to the next recommended step and already says which input it receives — it's the trail suggesting the order that gets the most out of it, not an obligation. Following the suggestion ensures each tool is filled in with the real output of the previous one instead of from memory; ignoring it is possible, and the card will keep pointing to the gap until it's closed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to do everything?
No, and nothing is locked: "waiting for the previous one" is a notice that the input hasn't arrived yet, not a lock — you can open any step via the Start/Review button in whatever order you want. The cost of skipping is doing the step without the written input (the tool works, but you fill it in from memory). Progress counts completed steps; revisiting a completed step doesn't undo anything.
