Generate from the segment
Choose a segment from your customer base and the AI drafts a persona (profile, pains, gains and jobs to be done) based on the real volume. Then refine it by hand.
Para que esta tela existe
Customer archetypes generated from the real profile of the base (by segment), with pains, gains and jobs to be done. — this is the role of the "Personas & JTBD" screen within the platform.

How to

Os 5 anéis do comprador
Five answers that change the sales conversation, each with its tip on the screen: (1) what triggers the search — the real trigger, almost never "wanting a system"; (2) what they call success — in their view, not yours; (3) what makes them hesitate — objections and fears, including unspoken ones; (4) how they compare alternatives — the actual criteria, or else you end up competing on price without realizing it; (5) how the decision happens — who takes part and how long it takes. When filled in, they appear on the card; when empty, they stay hidden so the card does not turn into a form.
Functional, emotional and social job
Every hiring has three layers, and the form separates the three: the functional job in the format "when..., I want..., so that..." (the objective delivery), the emotional job (how the person wants to feel — e.g.: stop feeling like they are driving in the dark) and the social job (how they want to be seen — e.g.: the partner who arrives at the meeting with numbers). Writing all three changes the sales argument: the proposal that only speaks to the functional layer loses to the one that also touches the other two.

Rules

Jobs to be done (the job at hand)
The "jobs" describe what the customer wants to solve in the format "When ___, I want ___, so that ___" — focus on the progress they seek, not the product.
The active persona feeds Tenkai
The "Active persona" checkbox decides whether it enters Tenkai's context — copy, Studio and sales arguments start taking that archetype into account. An inactive persona stays archived for reference, without influencing what Tenkai writes. Use this to take personas from segments you no longer target out of the picture, without losing the work of having described them — to reactivate, check the box again.

Frequently asked questions

Where the data comes from
Two origins, marked on each card's tag: generated from the segment — Tenkai builds the archetype from the real profile of the customers in that segment of your base — or created manually ("New manual"). The selector only offers segments that exist in the base; if there are none, the screen guides you to fill in the segment field on customers first. The generated draft is editable: adjust pains, gains and jobs before considering the persona ready.
