What it's for
Every company decides with incomplete information; the problem is not knowing WHERE the gap is. Here each information topic receives two scores — importance (how much I need to know) and adequacy (how well I know it today) — and the gap appears with a traffic light.

How to

The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.

Rules

The gap is calculated, never typed in
Gap = importance − adequacy. Green (≤0): covered. Yellow (1–2): attention. Red (≥3): you're deciding blindly on a vital topic. Sort by gap and attack red first.
KIQs — questions, not topics
A KIQ is a SPECIFIC question that, once answered, changes a decision ("will competitor X lower its price in Q3?"). Mark as monitored the ones that deserve continuous follow-up.
Monitored KIQ shows up on the Home screen
On days when the financial radar is calm, the Home screen's question-of-the-day brings one of your monitored KIQs, in rotation — so the important question doesn't die forgotten in a registry.
