What Collective agreements is for
This holds your category union’s agreement: validity, base date, general and per-role wage floor, and where it was checked (its registration in the Labour Ministry’s Mediador). With the switch on, the CLT seamstress output closing uses this floor: if the period’s output does not reach it, a top-up is added; and weekly rest is paid on output.

How to

The base-date adjustment
On the base date, open the agreement and use New validity at the base date: enter the start and the percentage. Tenka creates the new agreement with adjusted floors and ends the current one the day before — a past month’s closing keeps reading the floor that applied then. Then replace the source with the new agreement’s registration.

Rules

How the floor enters the piece-rate closing
Top-up = prorated floor minus output, when short. On the monthly basis the floor is prorated to the period’s days (a fortnight guarantees half the floor); on the hourly basis, to days worked. Weekly rest pay equals output divided by days worked times the period’s Sundays and holidays (Law 605/1949, art. 7) — never on the top-up. Each amount gets its own payroll line. Only for CLT employees.
No agreement in force, no closing
With the collective agreement switched on in Parameters, a CLT seamstress’s output without an agreement in force on the date does not close: the preview warns and the Close button is blocked. Paying below the floor unknowingly is the mistake this screen exists to prevent. The demo uses a fictitious agreement marked as sample.
Who sees the below-floor list
The list with the name and salary of everyone paid below the floor only shows to people with the salary history profile, because it shows people's salaries. Without the profile, the list does not appear.

Frequently asked questions

The production Close button got blocked. Why?
With the collective agreement switched on in Parameters, production of a CLT seamstress with no agreement in force on that date does not close. Register the agreement, or create the new term on the base date, and close again.
