Start here

What you do here
Build the month's period: the system proposes the standard events (salary/owner's draw) and you add variables (bonuses, deductions). Closing the period generates the payable items per person.

How to

Standard list and form
The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.

Rules

Reopening reverses
Closing the period consolidates the events and generates the payment's financial entries; that is why reopening is not just unlocking editing — it undoes what the closing produced, and the platform asks for confirmation in both directions. Reopen only to correct before payment; once the fix is checked, close again to regenerate. The payment date is set before closing, right on the period's own toolbar.
Company client requires invoice
A PJ (legal-entity contractor) employee only has payment released once the NFS-e is attached and checked: the NFS-e column shows pending, to check or checked. Attach the file in the employee's events dialog (PDF, image or XML, up to 10 MB), use "Check NFS-e" and then the generate-payment button appears on the row. Without a checked invoice, the contractor's net amount does not move forward to finance.
Provision future ones and calculate by partner
Besides opening the month's period, you can provision future periods all at once up to a chosen month and year — useful for seeing the team's cost in the budget before the months arrive; the action asks for confirmation. There is also the legal calculation by the partner (available with the period open) and transmission to eSocial (available with the period closed) — the buttons appear according to the state of the selected period.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
2026 tables in payroll and the self-employed receipt
Social security follows the 2026 brackets of Interministerial Ordinance MPS/MF No. 13/2026 (cap R$ 8,475.55). For income tax, the simplified discount replaces social security when larger, and earnings up to R$ 7,350 get the reduction of Law 15,270/2025. Applies to payroll and to the contractor's self-employed receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
