How it works
The receivables portfolio is scored by customer. High score = higher risk of delay. Use it to prioritize collection on the highest-risk customers.
How to
Da faixa à ação: por onde começar a cobrar
Each band (A to D) shows the suggested action on its own card, and the "Suggested action" column repeats the guidance customer by customer — combine it with Overdue, overdue/total invoices and average delay to build the day's collection order. The top bar shows how the portfolio is spread across the bands, and the Tenkai reading (the screen's AI bar) sums up where to start. The Refresh button recalculates everything with current data.
Rules
How the score is calculated
Explainable heuristic: 40% of the % of overdue invoices + 40% of the average delay days (caps at 90d) + 20% of the overdue amount over the open amount.
Precisão e alcance: a previsão se mede sozinha
Every month a snapshot of the portfolio is kept (the "base snapshot"), and the screen compares what was predicted with what happened: Precision tells, of the customers flagged as high risk, how many actually defaulted; Reach tells, of today's defaulters, how many the score had anticipated. Both numbers appear in the accuracy block, next to the period used as the base. Without a previous snapshot the block warns that there is no way to measure yet — the yardstick starts to apply from the month after the first snapshot.
Frequently asked questions
