Automation radar
Points out the repetitive, manual steps worth turning into automation, ranked by effort saved. The estimated return assumes the current volume — a low volume drops the priority; it's a suggestion of where to start.

O que esta tela responde
Whether the card machine charged the fee you signed up for. You import the CSV statement from the acquirer (Cielo, Rede, Stone, Getnet) and each sale on the statement is matched to the corresponding open financial transaction; the fee the acquirer actually deducted is compared with the contracted one.
Sales in the list, indicators at the top
The list shows each statement sale — acquirer, card brand, NSU, sale and payment dates, gross and net amounts, charged and contracted fee, installments and status — with search, filters, views and export. At the top, the indicators of the whole statement: click Reconciled, Divergent fee or No bill for the list to show only those.
How to
Import the statement
In the Import CSV box at the top, choose the statement’s acquirer and upload the file (columns sale date, payment date, card brand, NSU, gross amount, net amount, fee and installments). Each sale is matched with the finance bill and the charged fee is compared with the contracted one; sales already imported are skipped.
Rules
Como a venda é casada e quando vira divergência
Matching is done by GROSS amount and date. Where the fee charged is higher than the contracted one, the sale is flagged as DIVERGENT and an alert is raised with the overcharged amount — which gives you the number to take to the acquirer.
Sem as taxas cadastradas, a comparação é contra o padrão
The contracted fee comes from the fee register by acquirer, card brand and number of installments. If that register is empty or incomplete, the comparison falls back to a configurable default percentage — and then the divergences shown (or their ABSENCE) reflect the default, not your contract. Before trusting the result, check that your contract's fees are registered.
The sale is not edited
The sale comes from the acquirer statement: it is not created, edited or deleted from the screen. The record is read only and, when the sale was matched, shows the View bill shortcut. To fix it, re-import the statement; the contracted fee is adjusted in the acquirer fee settings.
Till credit instalments: one statement line per instalment
An instalment credit sale at the till has one receivable per instalment, all with the same transaction number (NSU). When you import the statement, each line matches the not-yet-reconciled instalment whose due date is closest to the payment date. The same line imported again (same NSU and payment date) is ignored, and the next instalment, with another date, comes in normally.
Frequently asked questions
O que significa "sem título"?
It's the sale on the statement for which the system found no open financial transaction with the same gross amount and the same date — the two keys of automatic matching. Common causes: the bill hasn't been entered yet, it was entered with an amount or date different from the statement, or it had already been settled. Use the "No bill" filter at the top to isolate these cases and fix the entry; when the match happens, the row gets the "view bill" link, which opens the corresponding transaction.
A receivable with a fee PENDING note
When the card fee or NSU did not reach the sale, the receivable carries "PENDING: card fee and NSU not applied". The amount is right, but the card machine fee is missing. Reconcile the acquirer statement on this screen: the receivable gets the fee and the NSU, and the pending note no longer applies.
