What it's for
A partner who refers a customer earns a commission — it becomes a CREDIT here, instead of turning into a one-off transfer outside the system. Everything is auditable: each line has an origin (contract/invoice) and a date.
The statement in the list, the balance at the top
The list is the statement of all partners — date, partner, credit or debit, origin, description and amount — with filters by partner, type and origin, views and export. At the top, each partner’s balance. Amounts follow the View Values permission.
How to
Debit and commission from the bar
On the list bar, Record debit posts a rebate or adjustment for the partner (if the list is filtered by partner, it comes preselected); Generate commission creates a contract’s commission credit — once per contract.
Rules
Offsetting (account settlement)
When settling an invoice the partner pays, you can OFFSET it using their credit (the "Account settlement" box in the settlement). The debit shows up here and the partner's statement only reflects the difference.
Where the credit comes from
From the commission set up in the contract/referral (a percentage of billing). The provisioning generates the credit automatically when the invoice is paid.
Negative balance?
It shouldn't happen: offsetting is limited to the available credit. If it shows up, there was a manual entry — check the line's audit trail.
A visão salva guarda busca, filtros, colunas e ordenação
When you save a view with the Views button, it stores four things: the search text, the applied filters, which columns appear (and in what order) and which column the list is sorted by. Applying the view restores everything at once — including resetting the sort and the page you were on, so the result is exactly what the view describes. Views saved before this version remain valid: whatever they didn't store simply doesn't change when applied.
A ledger is not edited
Partner entries are not edited or deleted: yesterday’s balance must still be explainable tomorrow. To fix an entry, post an adjustment from the list bar with the reason in the description.
Frequently asked questions
Closing with the partner
Use this screen as a statement in your monthly conversation with the partner — transparency here avoids a parallel commission spreadsheet.
Como descobrir quem mudou um campo desta ficha?
Open the record and look at the Timeline on the right: it shows each change as "from one value to another", with the person and the date. When there are many changes, use the two filters at the top of the timeline — one by field, the other by person. The search runs in the database, so old changes show up just the same. You can also ask Tenkai: "who changed contract 482?".
