For the workshop that uses Tenka
Shipments that garment makers send to your company tax ID arrive here by themselves, if the option to receive network shipments is on. Return through this screen, item by item, with the loss, the reason and your invoice number: the garment maker gets the return ready and only checks it. From here you also publish your capacity on the workshop network.

How to return what the garment maker sent
1. First, in Settings › Parameters, turn on "Sewing shop: receive the network garment makers' shipments here". 2. Shipments arrive by your CNPJ on their own; open the one you will return. 3. On each item, say how many "I return" and how many "I lost", with the loss reason. 4. Enter your service invoice number. 5. Tap "Confirm the return": the garment maker only checks.
Bill the return and issue the invoice through your provider
On the returned shipment, tap "Bill and issue the invoice": the receivable from the garment maker is created and its record opens. From there, the service invoice goes out through your account's tax provider.
Frequently asked questions
Why does no shipment show up?
Three common reasons: the option "Sewing shop: receive the network garment makers' shipments here" is off in Settings › Parameters; the garment maker registered the sewing shop with another CNPJ; or the garment maker is not in the same network (accounts of the same partner). Check the CNPJ with the garment maker.
How do I know the size and color of each piece in the shipment?
Each line of the shipment shows the piece name followed by the size and color, for example "Ribbed blouse — L / BLACK". A shipment by size grid arrives with one line per size and color, and you return each one by the quantity you sewed. A piece without a grid shows only its name.
How do I find a shipment by its grid, sizing or pack?
In search (Ctrl+K) type "grid", "sizing" or "pack" and choose Received shipments. Ask Tenkai "where do I see the size and color of the shipment pieces?". In each line of the shipment the piece name is followed by the size and color, the same way you see it at the register and in exchanges.
