What the Critical path is for
It shows the milestones of a collection or an order — briefing, proto, fabric, cutting, sewing, inspection, delivery — with planned, actual and forecast dates on a timeline. When a milestone is late, all the following ones move with it and the delivery gets the new date: the screen says how many days, which milestone is holding it up, and the team is notified.

How to build and follow it
1. Choose Collection or Order and the item. 2. With no milestones, enter the delivery date and tap "Build from template": milestones are counted back from it. 3. As each milestone is done, tap "Done today" or pick the actual date; write the owner. 4. The top panel lists the deliveries that will be late, with the milestone holding each one.
The company milestone template and the daily warning
Adjust the milestones and days before delivery in your company's template; new critical paths are created with it, and the factory template remains as a reference. Every day, whoever manages production receives the warning of late milestones, without opening the screen.
Frequently asked questions
Why did the delivery date change by itself?
A milestone is late and the following ones moved with it: the delivery gets the new date and the screen says which milestone is holding it. Mark the milestone as done for the forecast to move again.
