What the Network exchange is for
When the Network exchange is active on your account (it starts switched off), you publish free loom or sewing hours and leftovers (offcuts, roll ends, idle yarn, unsold stock), and the network's companies search and contract: those of your group and, if your company opens it, those of the anchor partner's network. Idle capacity becomes revenue and one company's roll end becomes another's raw material.

Receive the purchased surplus
Once the surplus bought on the exchange is delivered, tap "Receive into stock" and choose the item and warehouse. It comes in with the source lot and, if sold by kilo, with the roll it came from.
Rules
Anonymous until acceptance, with a document at delivery
The searcher does not see the offerer’s name, and the offerer does not see the requester, until the request is accepted. Reputation only shows if the offerer chose to publish it (average of deliveries measured on the exchange). Once capacity is contracted, delivery only starts with the shipment for processing; leftovers, with the sales invoice — and the buyer inherits the batch and origin.
Frequently asked questions
Does it count twice between group companies?
No. Between companies of the same group the exchange marks the contract as an internal transfer, with no fee, and the group chain cockpit adds the shipment and the invoice, never the exchange — the same money appears only once.
