What each subcontractor has
The shipment takes the material to the subcontractor and reduces the stock; the return brings back what came (processed or not) and records the loss with the reason. The top of the list shows punctuality and the balance each one holds.

How to

Return through a dialog
On the form, the Return tab opens the entry with one card per pending item — quantity coming back, loss, item that comes back (when it is another), batch, dye lot and the roll weights.
Match the subcontractor invoice to the return
In the Return invoice tab, for each return: pick the invoice from Received invoices of the subcontractor tax ID (or leave "Type the number" and type it), the input CFOP — 1902 in-state, 2902 out-of-state — with the input lines amount, and the processing CFOP — 1124/1125 or 2124/2125 — with the service amount. Tap Match the invoice: Tenka shows the expected value (the cost of what left in the shipment for this return) and marks Matches or Diverges by the "Processing: return invoice tolerance %" (Parameters, Production). At the top, the shipment return deadline.
Check the shipment conditioned weight
In the Conditioned weight tab, when the material leaves, enter the moisture the meter showed and tap Condition the outflow: the official rate comes from the item composition (fiber and %). When the return is posted, enter the moisture measured on what came back and tap Check return. The row shows the difference in kilos and %; above the tolerance ("Shipment: conditioned weight tolerance %", in Parameters, Production group — default 1%), the weight claim to the subcontractor appears on the row and in Claims.

Rules

Loss always explained
The return does not exceed what is pending, the loss requires a reason and a loss above the parameter’s ceiling is refused. Service cost with a nature becomes a payable; without a nature, the screen warns right away.

Frequently asked questions

How do I enter the third party's return invoice?
If the invoice is not in Received invoices, type the 44-digit key from the DANFE or import the XML. The system checks the check digit, the third party's CNPJ and the return CFOPs. The yellow notice shows how many returns still have no invoice.
