Digital books (SPED)

Generates the SPED files (fiscal, contributions, ECD/ECF) from the entries. The file is a snapshot of the period: an entry added after generation doesn't include itself automatically — regenerate after any retroactive adjustment.

What this screen answers
The few numbers the owner looks at every day: cash, result, sales, people. It's a scoreboard, not a report — each number leads to the screen where the cause lives. Red here is an invitation to open, not to argue about the panel.
O que esta tela faz
The monthly scoreboard per person with the ceremony's two verdicts: executed (the action went out) × resolved (the problem closed). It shows promises kept, the value generated (hourly cost × hours of resolved requests) and the open calculation record — each number with its source. Visible to the person themselves and to the manager.
Para que esta tela existe
The monthly scoreboard per person with the ceremony's two verdicts: executed (the action went out) × resolved (the problem closed). It shows promises kept, the value generated (hourly cost × hours of resolved requests) and the open calculation record — each number with its source. Visible to the person themselves and to the manager. — this is the role of the "Owner's scoreboard" screen within the platform.

How to

Executou, resolveu, eficácia e valor gerado
Executed counts the actions that went out; resolved, those in which the original problem closed — the ceremony's two verdicts, because executing without resolving is motion, not results. Effectiveness is the ratio between the two, with the progress bar. Promises kept counts the commitments honored in the month. The value generated comes from hourly cost × hours of resolved requests — money, not an impression — and, being an amount in R$, it obeys the profile's "View Values" permission.
Memória de cálculo: cada número com a sua fonte
The "Calculation record" button on each person's card opens the dialog with that month's calculation laid open: where each counted action, each promise and the value generated came from, source by source. It is the tool for the difficult conversation — instead of arguing about the score, you discuss the list. If a number looks wrong, the record shows which entry formed it; correct it at the origin (the ceremony, the request) and consolidate the month again.

Rules

Consolidar mês: o placar não se preenche sozinho
A period's scoreboard is born from the "Consolidate month" button, which recalculates everything from the ceremonies' actions — if the screen says "no consolidated scoreboard", that is what's missing, not lost data. Consolidating again is safe: it recalculates on the current state of the actions. Navigate between months with the arrows and filter by person in the selector — the list shows only who is visible to you (yourself and, for the manager, the team).

Que pergunta do dia a dia se responde aqui
"Who really executed and who really resolved this month — and how much was it worth?" — when that question comes up, this is the screen that answers it.
