IFRS statement (consolidated)
The group's statutory statement, with an honest yardstick: conversion only with a real exchange rate, a reviewable line-item mapping, and a heuristic note for as long as there is an unreviewed mapping.

Autor*Quem escreveu.

A pill is a one-paragraph briefing delivered to your people inside the platform. Author, source with link and expiry are REQUIRED: "who said this and until when it applies" is what separates an announcement from an internal rumor. Your pills reach only your account — the platform's editorial pills keep reaching everyone, marked as such.
Para que esta tela existe
The company publishes short briefings for its own people — with author, source with link and expiry required (a pill does not go out anonymously). Delivery follows the platform's rules: weekly quota per person, relevance floor and the click-through rate as the yardstick — a low rate calls for publishing LESS, not more. — this is the role of the "Account pills" screen within the platform.
A lista agora é a padrão da plataforma
The pills left behind the hand-drawn list and the form that was always open above it. Now they are the standard list of the other screens — search, side filters, saved views, export of the entire set — and the record opens on its own page. The click-through rate and the deliveries of the last 90 days remain at the top, because that is what decides whether to publish more or less.
How to
The list supports slicing via URL: `?fd_severidade=ALTA` shows only the high ones, `?fd_autor=Marina` only those from one person and `?q=férias` searches by text. That is how a number on a dashboard leads to the exact list that formed it.
Rules
A taxa de clique é a régua — e taxa baixa pede publicar MENOS
The screen opens with the click-through rate, never with "how many we sent" (the metric that rises when the product gets worse). Below the floor, the right answer is to reduce volume and improve targeting: whoever receives too many pills stops reading them all — including the one that mattered.
Unpublishing never deletes
Whoever has already received it, received it — the delivery is recorded. A wrong pill that disappears without a trace prevents exactly the conversation that needs to happen afterwards: "who saw this, and what do we do with them". Unpublish to stop delivery; the history stays.
Despublicar, excluir e arquivar são três coisas
Unpublishing (the "Published" switch) STOPS delivery and preserves the scoreboard of who has already received it. Deleting sends the pill to the trash, from where it comes back via Undo or via the list's own trash — and, while it is there, it is not delivered to anyone. Neither of the two erases the delivery history: whoever received it, received it.
Frequently asked questions
Por que alguém do time não recebeu?
Four locks produce the same silence: the person lacks the data the pill targets, is below the relevance floor, the weekly quota ran out, or they silenced pills. Ask Tenkai "why didn't I receive the pill?" — it names WHICH lock blocked it.
