Website orders served by the stores
Here are the website and channel orders that the group's stores serve: which store picks, what ships by mail and what the customer collects, and each store's queue. The store is chosen by free stock and the customer's city (same city, then the nearest, then the one with most stock). Only stores marked "sell online" take part.

How to

How to fulfill a website order from the stores
1. Type the order number, choose how it leaves ("Ships by mail" or "Customer picks up") and tap "Fulfill from the stores": the system picks the store by free stock and the customer's city. 2. Each line shows the store and the mode; you can change the mode of a single line. 3. If the store lacks the item, use "Find another store". 4. The store picks it and marks "Picked"; for mail, "Shipped". 5. At pickup, ask for the CPF and name of the person picking up and tap "Hand over to customer".

Frequently asked questions

What if no store has the piece?
The line stays "no store has it" and the channel is notified. From here you can look for another store, serve the order manually or cancel. When the store is another company in the group, the billing or transfer invoice is still issued from the NF-e screen.
