Textile chain map
From order to cash, every stage of the textile chain in one graph: each box is a screen with your company’s numbers, each arrow says what feeds what.

What the map shows
The whole textile chain on one screen, left to right in the order fabric and money move: sales, planning and product, spinning, knitting, dyeing and finishing, garment making, stock and shipping, tax, finance, after-sales and, beside them, the ERP and integrations. Each box is a Tenka screen; under the name, how many records your company has there and how many came in over the last 30 days.
How to
From order to cash, in five clicks
Search for "order": the Sales order box lights up. Click it and see in the panel where it comes from (CRM, customers, sales rep, prices, portal) and where it goes (production order, shipping, ERP). Click Production order in the panel to follow: it leads to cutting and yarn purchases. Keep going to Shipping, NF-e, Financial transactions and Monthly cash — that is the path management takes to see where an order’s money is stuck.

How to read the arrows
The arrow leaves whoever delivers and arrives at whoever receives: the sales order feeds the production order; the PO asks for yarn purchases; lint becomes bales, blend and yarn on the spinning floor; the yarn report releases the knitting yarn recipe; the looms produce, inspection checks and the roll goes on to the dye lot; finished fabric goes to cutting, garment making and stock; shipping generates the invoice, the invoice becomes a bill, the bill becomes cash and margin. Hover (or tap) a box to light up only its links.
Faded box and box without a number
Faded means the module for that stage is not in this account’s plan or you have no access to the screen — clicking shows why and does not open it. No number means the screen keeps no records of its own (a dashboard, a calculation) or the stage has had no activity in the company yet; it is never an invented "zero". The numbers are always from the company you are in.
Numbers add up the group’s companies
The number in each box adds up the companies of the same group you can access — at the knitting mill you see the spinning mill’s bales, lab reports and blends without switching companies. The click opens the screen of the company open at the top; to work in the other one, switch the company in the selector. The portal and app box opens no screen: it is the stage customers and sales reps use with their own login.
How does the monthly close in kilos do the math?
For each group company, with the kg items of all warehouses: expected closing = opening stock + purchased + returned from the third party + other inflows − sold − sent to the third party − other outflows − waste. The loss declared on the processing shipment is already inside what was sent and is not deducted again. Producing and consuming are transformation inside the link: 1,000 kg of lint become 900 kg of yarn, and the missing 100 kg can only be waste, declared loss or unexplained difference. Book closing is the kg balance in the warehouses on the last day of the month. The unexplained difference is book − expected; negative means kilos that vanished. The inventory adjustment stays in the difference: what the count did not find, nobody explained. The loss declared on an approved dye lot (and on in-house finishing) counts separately, as loss in the dye lot: it explains the transformation shrinkage. Each loss counts by the date of the shipment or of the dye lot weighing: if the month was closed before the loss was declared, the difference stays in the snapshot; reopen the month, with a reason, and close it again to fix it.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the map for?
For whoever arrives and wants the whole before the detail (management, implementation, auditor, new customer), for whoever trains someone ("where does this fit in the chain?") and for whoever investigates ("which dye lot did the returned roll come from?" — follow Rolls → Dye lot → Lot trace). Tenkai knows the map too: ask "what does Tenka have for the textile chain?".
I closed the month in kilos: what is locked and how do I reopen?
Once closed, the section shows the numbers frozen on the closing day and that company stock no longer accepts movements dated in that month, by any path (screen, import, integration). Only a month that has ended can be closed. To fix an entry, whoever administers the company clicks Reopen, writes the reason (at least 10 characters) and confirms: the month accepts movements again and the reason is recorded with who and when. After fixing, close it again.
The unexplained difference is huge. What should I check first?
Three suspects, in this order. 1) Production without consumption warning: the company recorded what it produced but did not consume the raw material — the difference becomes what was produced. Record the consumption on the production order or on the shop floor. 2) Items with the wrong unit: only items registered in KG count; yarn or fabric registered in another unit is left out and the balance does not close. 3) Shipment without return: what is at the dyehouse or the sewing contractor shows in Sent and only comes back in Returned when the shipment returns. Spinning waste comes from the spinning floor entry, with its type.
What is the "declared, not written off" loss in the closing in kilograms?
It is the loss the dyehouse declared on approved in-house batches that has not left stock yet — for example, because the article had no balance when the batch was saved. It does not count in the expected final: the closing checks, it does not explain what nobody wrote off. Click the number to open the month's approved batches and save the batch again (or receive the article) so the loss leaves stock. The "Batch loss" column shows what actually left stock in the month.
How does the garment maker close in kilograms if it produces garments?
The fabric the garment maker cuts leaves stock in kilograms, but the garment enters in units. So the closing counts as produced the kilos that became garments: the usable weight the cutting weighed or, without it, the technical sheet consumption; and the production order write-off by the sheet. The scrap the cutting weighed counts as waste ("CUTTING SCRAP"). This way the garment maker's unexplained difference shows only the fabric nobody weighed or declared. Weigh the usable fabric at cutting for an exact number.
