Shop-floor working hours and safety standards
The screen gathers what an audit (ABVTEX or the customer’s) checks at the garment maker itself: overtime per person against the legal limit of 2 h per day, a break of at least 1 h when the shift exceeds 6 h, the month’s time bank and the workstation documents — NR-17 (ergonomics), NR-12 (machinery), PGR and PCMSO — with expiry dates.

The sewing station in the audit
Station “Lockstitch 07”: ergonomics report (NR-17) valid until March, machine compliance (NR-12) expired in August. The audit flags a non-conformity on NR-12 — and Tenkai had already warned. Upload the new report with its expiry and the station is back to “valid”.

What lights up
A day with overtime above the limit (2 h, adjustable in RH.LIMITE_EXTRA_DIA) counts for the person; a shift over 6 h without 1 h between the first clock-out and the second clock-in counts as a short break. On the phone time clock, a punch past the limit warns — it does not block: HR decides. An expired or missing NR document shows in the workstation board.
