1What Tenka does for this operation

Each module in the guide shows its status in the country, in the order one depends on another. The guide shows the way; the account plan is what unlocks the screens.

How to make up for the missing adapter

  • Service invoice in a city hall that the issuer does not cover yet: issue it on the city hall's portal and record the invoice number on the receivable — finance and margin do not depend on the issuer.
  • Bank without Open Finance: import the statement (OFX or CSV) in Bank reconciliation once a week.

Who it is for: whoever wants to put the Tenka agents to work — the Reconciler, the Buyer, assisted closing, receipt forecast, scheduled questions — with rules written by the company and control over how much each agent can do on its own.

What you have at the end: Tenkai knowing how your company talks, the policies applying to every decision, each agent at the autonomy level you chose and the accountability of each: what it saw, what it decided and how much it saved.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

How the menu is organized (read before you start) (Tenkai module)

The agents live in Improve ▸ Digital employees. What they know and what they can never see is in Registers and settings ▸ Platform and security.

Where What lives there
Improve ▸ Digital employees Digital employees (the showcase), Agent autonomy, Company policies, Agents inbox, Digital employees office, Tenkai Transparency Center, Tenkai decision trail
Registers and settings ▸ Platform and security Tenkai context, Data Tenkai cannot see, Tenkai channels
The agents work on the data that is already in Tenka. Start with them after finance (and, for the Buyer, inventory) has been running in the system for at least a month.

Where agents usually go wrong

  • Starting at EXECUTE. Without a month at SUGGEST, nobody knows whether the agent gets it right. Raise autonomy step by step.
  • Policy only in the owner's head. The agent follows the written policy; what is not written it cannot guess.
  • Empty context. Without the house glossary, Tenkai does not understand what "MP" or "OC" mean in your company.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "What are the agents waiting on from me today?"
  • "How much did the Reconciler save this month?"
  • "Why did the agent suggest this purchase?"

The gates and the routine (Tenkai module)

Week 1 — what Tenkai knows and what it never sees

Week 1 gate: the glossary written, the sensitive data protected and the first three policies published.

Week 2 — the agents, one at a time

Week 2 gate: the first agent working at SUGGEST for a week, with the inbox cleared every day.

Week 3 — trust and accountability

The routine (10 minutes a day): Agents inbox. Once a month: Transparency Center — and raise to REVIEW or EXECUTE only the step that got the whole month right. ✅ Go-live gate: at least two agents working, each step at the autonomy level the company chose, and the Transparency Center showing what each one saved.

Week 3Strategy module

What this module does: Strategic planning: BSC (pillars/objectives), self-assessed indicators, AI-assisted FCA and AGM/AGQ rituals.

The steps below apply to every company that uses the module; your industry's block adds what is specific to your operation.

Who it is for: the company that wants to use Tenka to plan and track strategy — identity, pillars, objectives, indicators, quarterly OKRs and the AGM (the monthly management review) with a ready agenda and minutes.

What you have at the end: the strategy map with traffic lights, OKRs with progress calculated from the data, and a monthly ritual that arrives with the agenda ready and ends with decisions that become tasks.

Rhythm: 3 weeks. In each step there are two buttons: Open in the system and See the screen's help, both in a new tab.

How the menu is organized (read before you start) (Strategy module)

Strategy lives in Improve ▸ Where we are heading (the plan) and Improve ▸ Strategist analyses (the analyses). The rest of the menu is the source of the indicators that assess themselves: sales, cash, delivery.

Where What lives there
Improve ▸ Where we are heading Company identity, Strategic pillars, Strategic objectives, Strategy map, Strategic indicators, Quarterly OKRs, Seed goals, AGM (rituals), AGM deck
Improve ▸ Strategist analyses SWOT analysis, Porter's 5 Forces, BCG matrix, Ansoff matrix
Improve ▸ Digital employees Tenka Council (the monthly decision ritual, with minutes)

Where strategy usually goes wrong

  • Too many manual indicators. An indicator typed by hand every month stops being updated by the third. Prefer the native source, which assesses itself.
  • Objective without an owner. Without an owner, nobody answers for the red light at the AGM.
  • Decision that stays in the minutes. The AGM decision only moves when it becomes a request with an owner and a deadline — the ritual already creates the request.

Questions Tenkai answers after the implementation

  • "Which objectives are in the red this month?"
  • "How are the quarterly OKRs doing?"
  • "What was decided at the last AGM and what has been done?"

The gates and the routine (Strategy module)

Week 1 — the plan

Week 1 gate: identity written, SWOT done and the objectives of each pillar with an owner.

Week 2 — measurement and OKRs

Week 2 gate: each objective with at least one indicator and the quarterly OKRs published.

Week 3 — the monthly ritual

The executive board's ritual (1 hour a month): open the AGM deck, go through the Strategy map objective by objective and close the AGM with the decisions, which become requests with an owner. ✅ Go-live gate: the first AGM done through the system, with minutes and decisions turned into requests.
