What the household feels, next to the score
In a Family account, below the household score you see the perceived well-being: the average of what household members answered on the phone this quarter (CFPB scale, 0 to 10). When the gap exceeds 2 points, the screen suggests a conversation: numbers better than the feeling call for talking about what weighs; a feeling better than the numbers calls for looking at the weakest part.

Click Generate letter: the AI writes the month's text (Summary / What improved / What is concerning / Recommendations) using only the calculated figures. You review, edit and publish.
A carta nasce rascunho e só vale publicada
"Generate letter" creates a DRAFT written by Tenkai from the calculated figures — and only from them; the knowledge-base guidelines shape tone and emphasis, they don't make up data. While in draft the text is editable; Publish asks for confirmation and changes the status to PUBLICADA. There's also the optional sending via WhatsApp to the owner on publishing (opt-in, with the number saved on this screen). The screen shows the AI model that generated the text on purpose: the letter is a proposal, not a verdict — review before publishing.
The household score
In a Family account the score is the HOUSEHOLD’s, 0 to 10: reserve (account balance ÷ fixed cost; 6 months = full, weight 30), committed income (up to 50% = 10, 100% = 0, weight 25), expensive debt (interest above 2× the month’s CDI or revolving = 0, weight 20), saving into goals (weight 10) and no negative month in the 12-month forecast (weight 15). Below, the three things that raise the score most.
Frequently asked questions
Who has access?
The screen requires the profile's "View Values" permission — without it, the no-permission notice appears, because everything here is a financial figure. This permission is granted per profile, by whoever administers the account's access. With access, the top button still toggles between "This company" and "All companies", so groups with more than one company can read consolidated or isolated health.
