The factory scoreboard by cell, now: pieces × target so far, efficiency, OEE, minutes stopped and who is stopped and why.

Start here

The scoreboard for now, not for the end of the day
Each card is a cell. The big number is today’s good pieces; with a pieces-per-hour target on the cell, the target so far appears next to it. Efficiency = standard minutes produced ÷ minutes available so far. The screen refreshes by itself every minute; "TV mode" puts the panel full screen for the factory TV.

Rules

How the card colour is decided
Green from 95% of target (or of efficiency when the cell has no target), yellow from 80% to 95%, red below 80%. Grey is a cell with no activity today — zero is not red when the shift has not even started. The limits are in Parameters ▸ Production.
Where pieces and stops come from
Pieces: today’s production records — on the order screen, in "My pieces" on the phone and by scanning the bundle. A record with a step goes to the cell that owns the step’s resource; without a step, to the person’s cell (employee record). Stops: the "Stopped / Back" on the phone, with the reason. OEE = availability × performance × quality.

Frequently asked questions

As paradas vêm do apontamento.
