Three balances, one explanation
By article: PHYSICAL is the ledger balance; ROLLS is the sum of rolls in stock; TAX is physical plus what is at the dye house (held by third parties) and what left without an invoice yet. When they do not match, the Explanation column says why: unweighed roll, cutting loss, pending invoice, roll in transit.
Rules
Where to store the roll that arrived
On receipt, the handheld suggests the position: the fastest-moving article (class A over the last 90 days) goes near dispatch at waist height; the same dye lot stays together; heavy rolls go low; full positions are not suggested. The picker may store elsewhere — the trail records it.
Idle roll
A roll with no movement for more than 90 days (adjustable in WMS.DIAS_PARADO) appears on the panel and in Tenkai. It is the candidate for a promotion, for remnants or to become another article — money sitting in the warehouse.
What is at the dye house is still yours
The "at the dye house" column shows the balance held by third parties — what left on an industrialisation shipment and has not come back. It stays in your fiscal stock (and Block K) even off your shelf.
