O caso aponta para o núcleo, não duplica
The case's fees are a CONTRACT (fixed, monthly or success-based — and the receivable is created in finance); hours worked are the TIMESHEET; petitions and documents are the DMS. The case keeps only what no other branch has: the stage, the court, the opposing party and the deadlines.

The firm's cases: customer, opposing party, CNJ number, area, stage, person in charge and case value — with the count of open deadlines shouting on the row. Fees are a contract, hours are the timesheet and documents are the DMS: the case points to the core, it does not duplicate it. — this is the role of the "Lawsuits and cases" screen within the platform.

The claim value respects Show Values
The case value goes through the platform's amounts governance: a profile without "View Amounts" sees the mask, as on any money screen. Case confidentiality starts inside the firm itself.
Honorário de êxito: percentual, base e resultado
The success fee lives in the case header: the percentage and the calculation basis — economic benefit or case value. Once the benefit is entered, the screen already displays the calculated success fee alongside. The outcome field (won, settlement or lost) records the result, and it is at case closing, with outcome and benefit known, that the fee receivable is calculated. A percentage without a declared basis does not become revenue — closing refuses, because a success fee without a basis is a guess, not a contract.
Standard list and form
The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.
Court calculation
Na aba Cálculo judicial da ficha do processo: principal (vem do valor da causa), data-base, índice (IPCA ou IGP-M do Banco Central, ou taxa fixa), juros ao mês desde a citação, multa e honorários. Calcular mostra a memória mês a mês; Gravar no processo guarda no histórico. Mês sem índice publicado usa a taxa de reserva, e a memória diz quais.
Rules
Processo não se encerra com prazo aberto
Closing a case with a pending deadline is the classic way to lose an appeal: the deadline disappears from the tracker along with the case. Meet or cancel (with a reason) the deadlines first — the screen refuses and says how many are left.

Não consigo encerrar o processo. O que trava?
Prazo aberto: processo não se encerra com prazo pendente, para ninguém perder um prazo por engano de status. Cumpra ou cancele os prazos em aberto e o encerramento libera. Honorários, horas e documentos continuam acessíveis depois de encerrado.
