A régua ordena pelo que pode machucar
Overdue first, then today's, the next 7 days and the future. The FATAL type is highlighted: missing a defense or an appeal is not a delay, it is damage to the client — and the firm's liability.

How to

Standard list and form
The screen became the standard list: search, filters, saved views, columns, export and trash with Undo. Click the record (or New) to open the form, with the detail tabs when there are any.

Rules

Prazo sem data é recusado
A deadline without a date is a reminder, and a reminder protects no one. The whole ruler depends on every deadline having a position on the calendar — the date is mandatory on creation, always.
Cumprir vencido exige a observação do que aconteceu
Meeting a deadline after it has expired requires recording what happened (filed late? was the client notified?). An honest record is worth more than a lying green ruler — and it is the first thing people look for if the case becomes a dispute.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system calculate the procedural deadline?
No — and that is a decision, not a gap. The legal count (business days, suspensions, court holidays, doubled deadlines) is the lawyer's act; the system records the date the lawyer calculated and MAKES SURE it does not slip by. Calculating it wrong on our part would be worse than not calculating it.
