Every dyed roll checked on arrival
Scan the returned roll and record ΔE against the standard, width, weight, shrinkage and defects. Within range: approved. Out of range: the roll goes into quarantine (blocked, at the quarantine location) and the complaint to the dye house opens with the trace ready: dye lot, shipment, invoice and measurements.

How to

ΔE 1.8 on a 1.0 range
Roll RL-12-A comes back with ΔE 1.8; the dark-shade range for the article is 1.0. Inspection fails, the roll goes to quarantine Q-01 and complaint R-TD-0412 opens for Tinturaria Demo Sul with dye lot P-1188. On the quarter’s scorecard, its average ΔE rises and RFT drops.
L*a*b* reading and 555 band on arrival
When inspecting the roll, enter the L*, a* and b* read: ΔE comes from colorimetry against the batch recipe's target colour, with the customer's tolerance, and the roll gets its 555 band. Cutting refuses to spread rolls of different bands. Without the reading, a typed ΔE counts as an external reading.
Roll defects from the catalog
In the incoming inspection, the defects of the dyed roll are picked from the defect catalog (dyeing, finishing, printing and knitting) — nothing typed. A roll with a defect goes to quarantine and opens the claim, as before, and the defect enters the Pareto in Produce right by process and by dye house.

Rules

The scorecard that picks the dye house
By dye house and period: on-time returns, right-first-time dye lots, average inspection ΔE, loss %, billing divergence % and upheld complaints, with the real cost per kg (grey fabric, freight, recognised service and loss). On the shipment, choosing the third party shows the scorecard next to the table price.

Frequently asked questions

O ΔE veio 1,8 e o cliente aprovou.
