The service invoice checked line by line
Each dye-house return gets the service invoice with its items — kg dyed by process and colour, reprocessing, extra chemicals, freight. The system checks each line against the negotiated table and what came back: kg charged × kg returned, price × table, reprocessing charged × reprocessing recorded on the dye lot.
How to
1,200 kg charged, 1,150 kg came back
Tinturaria Demo Sul charges 1,200 kg of dark-shade dyeing at R$ 7.80 (table R$ 7.80) and 180 kg of reprocessing at R$ 3.50. 1,150 kg came back and dye lot P-1188 recorded no reprocessing. Dyeing diverges by 50 kg (recognised 1,150 × 7.80 = R$ 8,970); reprocessing diverges entirely (R$ 630). Bill of R$ 8,970; dispute of R$ 1,020.

Rules
Match becomes a bill; mismatch becomes a dispute
What matches (within the kg and price tolerances in the parameters) goes into the bill at the recognised value. What diverges or has no price in the table goes to the dispute, with the value the mill recognises and the reason for each line. The dye house sees and answers on the portal.
