The knitting plant on one screen
Each machine’s efficiency (hours run ÷ available), kg per shift, and inspection quality by machine and by yarn lot: points per 100 m², % seconds and the most frequent defect. The worst comes first.
Pareto, greige to finished and yarn that became a defect
The screen has three new boxes: the defect Pareto by machine (what makes up the first 80% of points is "tackle first"), greige to finished by article and dye house, and yarn that became a defect by lot.

How to

Barré goes back to spinning with the right lot
With the yarn lot on the inspection, quality by lot shows which yarn lot made the worst fabric. Open the 8D complaint in spinning with the lot already set — the yarn report and the lint mix of that lot are one click away.
The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.

Rules

Points per 100 m² and first quality
In the 4-point system, points per 100 m² = points × 100 ÷ (metres × usable width). Above 40 points per 100 m² the roll is no longer first quality. The roll grade remains the inspector’s.
Barré risk
From the lot report: CVm or IPI above the count limit is medium risk; well above (CVm more than 1 point over or IPI 50% over) is high. "Report warned, fabric confirmed" shows when the risk was medium or high and the fabric had a yarn defect or barré.

Frequently asked questions
