Gravidade*Crítico: não vende. Maior: segunda qualidade. Menor: aceito ou retoque.
Pontos (4 pontos)Pontos que o defeito soma na revisão do rolo (1 a 4). Vazio para fio e peça.
OrigemQuem costuma causar: tear, fio, agulha, tingimento, máquina, operador ou material.
Causa provávelO que costuma provocar o defeito — aparece para quem revisa.
Ação corretivaO que fazer quando ele aparece.
Equivale na inspeção da peçaO tipo da inspeção da confecção que cai neste defeito — é por ele que a foto lida pelo Tenkai encontra o catálogo.

One defect catalog
Each defect has a code, a severity (critical cannot be sold, major becomes second quality, minor is accepted or touched up), the 4-point system points, the source and the probable cause. The same catalog serves knit and woven roll inspection, garment inspection and the Pareto by machine.
How to
Start from the standard catalog
Click "Bring in the standard catalog": 33 defects from spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, printing, cutting, sewing and garment come in with code, severity and cause. Then adjust the names to your plant; codes you already have are not duplicated.
Matches garment inspection type
Link the defect to the garment inspection type (stain, hole, measurement, shade…). That is how a photo read by Tenkai finds the defect in your catalog and learns from your correction.

I brought in the standard catalog. Will my defects be duplicated?
No: codes you already have are not duplicated. Only standard defects with a new code come in, and yours stay as they were.
