What Inspection defects is for
It is the tab of the roll inspection where each defect found is entered from the defect catalog: the code, the position in meters on the roll and the points of the 4-point system. With it the Pareto by machine and the trace of the yarn that became a defect come from the same catalog, with no defect name written in different ways.
How to
How to use
1. Open the roll inspection and go to the Defects tab. 2. For each defect, choose it from the catalog, enter the position in meters on the roll and the points (1 to 4). 3. Save: the points go into the roll’s count and the Pareto by machine.
Frequently asked questions
The defect I found is not on the list. What now?
The list comes from the defect catalog. Register the defect in the Defect catalog (or bring in the standard catalog) and return to the inspection: typing the name by hand would break the Pareto by loom.
