The showcase that does the customer’s maths
Each article appears in vivid colours with photos per colour. The customer picks a silhouette (T-shirt, trousers, dress…) and the simulator shows how many pieces a kilo yields, the fabric cost per piece at their price and, with their intended selling price, the profit per piece and per kilo. From the simulator they order straight away, with the rib matched.
How to
How many pieces a kilo yields
Pieces per kg = 1,000 ÷ (silhouette area × weight per m² × (1 + marker loss) × (1 + shrinkage)). The area comes from the silhouette in the base size; weight and shrinkage come from the article.
A T-shirt in single jersey at R$ 42 a kilo
Single jersey 30/1 at 160 g/m², 6% shrinkage, size M T-shirt of 1.10 m² with 8% marker loss: 190 g per piece, 4.96 pieces per kilo. At R$ 42/kg the fabric costs R$ 8.47 per piece; selling at R$ 39 with R$ 9 of sewing, profit is R$ 21.53 per piece and R$ 106.79 per kilo of fabric.

É simulação a partir da gramatura, largura e do consumo médio da silhueta — serve para o cliente decidir, não para a nota. O consumo real depende do encaixe e do tamanho. Por isso o showroom mostra a conta aberta e a margem junto.
