What this screen is for
To answer "who produced how much?" without a notebook: good pieces per person and per day, rejects, pieces per hour and labour per piece produced. Everything comes from the production report — on the order screen or on the phone ("My pieces"). Without records the board is empty and says where to start; it never invents an average.
Production absences and turnover
The Absences and turnover panel uses the screen’s day window: absenteeism per cell (days absent ÷ people × working days; holidays do not count), turnover (hires + leavers ÷ 2 ÷ headcount), the cost of absences (days × minutes per day × labour cost per minute) and how much it costs to replace a seamstress.
How to
How much it costs to replace a seamstress
Average severance R$ 4,200 + hiring R$ 800 + an 8-week curve: 8 × 5 days × 528 min × R$ 0.55/min × 50% = R$ 5,808. Replacing one person costs R$ 10,808 — the number that justifies investing in retention (incentive plan, ergonomics, training) before hiring again.
The numbers on top, the records below
The panel’s indicators stay at the top; below, the standard list with the records behind them — search, filters in the side panel, saved views, columns and export. Click a record to open its form.
Rules
Pieces per hour only where there were hours
The phone records quantity only, on purpose (one tap). Whoever records hours on the order screen gets pieces/hour and labour/piece; whoever does not sees a dash. Mixing the two would inflate the average of those who recorded little.
Labour per piece uses the company hour cost
Recorded hours × hour cost (parameter PRECO.CUSTO_HORA, the same as the Garment price screen) ÷ good pieces. It is the number to compare with what a sewing shop would charge for the same piece.
Rejects above 5% turn red
It is a warning, not a verdict: 5% is the usual ceiling for second quality in sewing. Above that, look at the person, the machine or the fabric — in that order.
Frequently asked questions
There is a record "without a person". What is it?
A record made on the order screen without choosing the employee. It counts in the total pieces, not in the per-person list. To avoid it, link every user to their employee in People and record on the phone.
