CódigoNúmero sequencial da regra (automático).

A rule is not an installment
Generating installments creates N identical entries at once and that is it. A rule is alive: it has no end (unless you set one), creates the next period entry by itself and can learn the amount from the average of what you paid. Use installments for what has a counted number of times (a fridge in 10 payments); use a rule for what repeats as long as the household exists (electricity, salary, rent).
What the recurrence rule is for
A recurrence rule describes what repeats: salary, rent, electricity, school. Tenka creates the entries for each due date by itself, as far ahead as you choose, and the family just checks them.
How to
In or out, Amount, Frequency and where it comes from
In or out says whether it is income (salary, rent received) or expense (electricity, school, groceries). Amount is the value each time, and Frequency can be monthly, every two weeks, weekly or yearly. Choose the Bank account the money leaves from or arrives in; an expense on a Credit card goes into the card bill instead of leaving the account.
Next due date, Until when and lead time
Next due date is the next date to create; the system moves this field forward with each entry created. Until when ends the rule, as in a 24-month loan; empty means no end. Create how many days ahead keeps that many days already entered; the default, 60, covers this month and the next.
Rules
How the amount is decided
Without "amount by average", every entry is born with the registered amount — right for salary and rent. With "amount by average" on, the next entry uses the average of the last three you actually paid for this rule; until there is a paid one, the registered amount applies. When the bill comes different, adjust the amount when settling: the average learns by itself.
When the entry shows up
A daily process creates what is missing within the horizon (default: 60 days, this month and the next). To see it now, use "Generate now" in the list. Running twice does not duplicate: each rule has one entry per due date.
A card expense does not leave the account
A rule with a credit card chosen creates the expense INSIDE the card statement. The money only leaves the account when the statement closes and becomes a payable. Do not register the same expense both in the account and on the card.
Amount by average
Turn on Amount by the average of the last paid ones for bills that vary, such as water and electricity: the next entry uses the average of the last three paid by this rule. With none paid yet, the registered amount applies.
Frequently asked questions
I paused the rule. What about existing entries?
They stay. Pausing only prevents new ones; what was already generated remains in the entries list and can be deleted there, one by one or in bulk.
I ran Generate now twice. Did it duplicate?
No. Each due date of each rule is created only once: running again finds the existing entry and just moves the rule forward. A paused rule, with Active unchecked, stays registered and creates nothing.
