What it's for
Answers "what if…?" with a number: each scenario starts from YOUR real base (12-month DRE) and applies the deltas you type in (new revenue, new cost, terms). The result shows the projected contribution margin, result, and break-even point.
Rules
Real base, your deltas
The base is seeded from the DRE (average revenue, variable cost, fixed cost). The deltas are YOUR assumptions — the engine just does the math, with memory. A saved scenario can later be compared with reality.
Terms too
The terms simulator shows how much cash a shorter collection period (or a longer payment term) frees up — it's working capital without a loan.
Scenario is not a goal
A scenario is a hypothesis for deciding; a goal is a tracked commitment (Strategy module). Liked the scenario? Turn it into a goal/budget.

Where else to simulate
In Ask Tenka: "what if I hire a dev for 8 thousand?" or "I'm going to open a 120-thousand project over 6 months" use the same engines, right in the chat.
