What the Weaving mill screen is for
At the top, the beams that run out in the next 8 hours: the time comes from the warp left, the style's picks per cm and the loom's speed and efficiency over the last 7 days. Then the stock of sized beams per loom, each loom's efficiency and warp × weft stops per 100k picks, beam changes with standard × actual time, greige quality and indigo shade continuity, beam by beam. Below, the looms' shifts.
The first day of weaving
The weaving account starts with its own path on Home: this dashboard, the looms, the woven articles (warp and weft), the warp beams, the shift output, the fabric inspection and, at the end, the finished roll in Rolls. On every screen, the help button opens the guided tour; companies with several stages (spinning and weaving, or weaving and dyeing) see the paths combined.

How to change the beam
On the row of the beam that is running out, click Change beam, choose the sized beam going in (those reserved for that loom come first), the time the change started and, when done, the end time. The old beam goes to finished, the new one stays on the loom, and the change enters the table with the standard time (the style's setup on the loom) and the actual time.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the time the beam runs out look wrong?
It comes from the remaining warp, the article’s picks per centimeter and the loom’s speed and efficiency over the last 7 days. With no production recorded on the loom in those days, the forecast has no basis: record the shifts in the Weaving loom production.
