Largura útil (cm)A maior largura de pente que o tear aceita.
Eficiência meta (%)A eficiência que a fábrica espera do tear; sem produção recente, o painel usa ela para dizer quando o rolo acaba.
Capacidade (m/dia)*Metros de tecido por dia: o PCP usa no gargalo da produção.

What the Weaving loom is for
Register each loom of the weaving mill with its rated speed (picks per minute), working width, weft insertion and the efficiency you expect. The speed is the basis of each shift's efficiency; the capacity in meters per day is the same one production planning uses to find the bottleneck. Weaving looms do not mix with the knitting mill's circular machines.

How to use
1. Register each loom with its nominal speed, useful width, weft insertion (rapier, projectile, air or water jet) and the efficiency you expect. 2. Record each shift’s production in the Weaving loom production. 3. Follow efficiency and beam changes on the Weaving screen.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn’t the weaving loom show in the knitting schedule?
The weaving loom belongs to weaving and does not mix with the circular knitting machine: it appears on the Weaving screen and in the Weaving loom production. Register circular machines in knitting.
